Some 60 Fazil (Degree) examinees under the Bangladesh Madrasha Board were expelled for copying in the examination hall was held at Nechhariya Kamil Madrsha in Lalmonirhat town on Wednesday.
Four executive magistrates led by Additional District Magistrate ADM Raja Md. Abdul Hai expelled them. Examination of and Political Science 3rd part subject was holding yesterday.
Talking to the expelled examinees alleged, examination centre secretary of the Nechhariya Kamil Madrsha centre took bribe from them in the name of copying freely in the exam hall. “The centre secretary assured us he will manage administration and all other sector for allowing us copying freely in the exam hall, so we paid fund to him,” said many examinees in the name not to be published.
However, the centre secretary, also the acting principal of Nechhariya Kamil Madrsha ABM Mahfuzur Rahman denied the allegation directly and said, he didn’t allow any examinee for copying freely in the exam hall.
