Three judges from the High Court (HC) Division of the Supreme Court have resigned from their posts.
The three judges who have resigned are Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury, Justice Quazi Reza-Ul Hoque, and Justice AKM Zahirul Hoque.
The Ministry of Law and Justice issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday.
According to the notification, the three judges have resigned to the president in accordance with Article 96(4) of the Constitution and the president has accepted their resignation.
