Three Additional Inspectors General of Police (IGPs) have been sent on forced retirement. The retirement of these officers was announced through separate notifications on Wednesday, signed by Home Affairs Ministry Senior Secretary Nasimul Gani.
The officers are- Mallik Fakhrul Islam, Selim Md Jahangir, and YM Belalur Rahman.
The notifications said the retired officers will receive post-retirement benefits in accordance with regulations.
