Some 13 fishermen who had been floating in the deep sea for long 4 days when their fishing trawler “FB. Maa-Babar Doa” went out of order and after receiving a call from 999 National Emergency Service a contingent of the coastguards of the Western Zone deployed Mongla Port rushed to the spot on Wednesday rescued them alive.
It was disclosed by Lt. Commander Md. Siamul Haq, the Media cell Officer of the Coastguards of the Western Zone on Thursday. The Media Officer told, the ill-fated fishing trawler went to the séance of no ground of the sea for catching fish long 12 days ago.
