1,256 crime suspects arrested

Police arrested 1,256 crime suspects from different parts of the country in the last 24 hours, according to Police Headquarters statement. 

The statement, issued on Friday, said 804 were wanted in previous cases and warrants while 452 others have been arrested for other criminal charges, reports BSS. It said a foreign manufactured revolver, a one shooter gun, five rounds of bullet and other locally made weapons were seized during the drive.
