Adviser to the Ministries of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, and Youth and Sports, Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain, has said that artist Debashis Chakraborty’s 10-poster series effectively captures the significance of July.
In a verified Facebook post, he stated, “Debashis Chakraborty, one of the participants in the July 2024 Uprising, has created 10 posters at the request of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs as part of the July Commemoration Programme. These posters illustrate why July became a turning point and what events unfolded during that time.”
He added that one poster is being released each day, with the fourth unveiled today.
